If you are travelling between Canada and the United Kingdom, please refer to the note at the bottom of the page.

Check-in closing times

Due to enhanced security measures at all airports, and in order to leave on time and respect our schedule, we close our check-in counters 45 minutes before departure.* Passengers arriving late for check-in may be denied boarding.

*IMPORTANT: Effective December 3, 2007, check-in counters for flights to and from Florida only, will close 60 minutes before scheduled departure.

Check-in opening times

All passengers are asked to check in at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of their flight. Please note that all travellers must be present with their boarding documents, passport and visas necessary for the destination, tickets, and baggage in order to receive a boarding card.

Air Transat flights arrive at and depart from the main terminals at the various destinations (exceptions are listed in Airport terminals).

FLIGHTS OPERATED UNDER CODE SHARING WITH AIR TRANSAT

If you are travelling between Canada and the United Kingdom, please note that your departure or return flight may be operated by a carrier other than Air Transat (Thomas Cook Airlines or Skyservice Airlines).

If you are travelling between Toronto and Florida (to or from Fort Lauderdale or Orlando), your flight may be operated by Skyservice Airlines.

Only TS flights in the 800 to 899 series will be operated by a carrier other than Air Transat (Thomas Cook Airlines or Skyservice Airlines).

All TS flights of other series will be operated by Air Transat.
