In order to improve your travel experience, you will no longer need to carry change, paper currency, or traveller’s cheques on Air Transat flights as of November 1, 2010. Paying for your onboard purchases will be as easy as one swipe of your credit card. We will only accept major credit cards for Duty-Free Shop and Onboard Bistro purchases.

Air Transat flight attendants will carry secure handheld payment devices to ensure your credit card payments are recorded safely, and will provide you with a receipt. For in-flight purchases, we will accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express cards.

Do not forget that we offer a vast selection of name brand duty-free products for pre-purchase on our website. You can make your duty-free purchases online, in the comfort of your home, and have them delivered to you on board. In addition, you can receive exclusive deals and ensure that you get the items that you want.
