Where facilities permit, (at Canadian gateways), family check-in counters are available for families travelling with young children and unaccompanied minors. That means less waiting in line for you!

Assistance

Travelling alone with kids and feeling overwhelmed? Let us know during check-in, and we'll be happy to help you get to the boarding gate and assist you upon arrival at the destination airport.

Do you want to hang on to the stroller or car seat until boarding? No problem. Just let us know when you check in.

During boarding

With the exception of flights to Florida, we are happy to offer preboarding for families travelling with young children.
